Primark PS Pro Mattifying Primer | Review
I remember Primark introducing a beauty range a few years ago and to be honest I turned my nose up at it a little bit, I know bad blogger and I sound very snobby. However, I have since tried quite a few products and some have pleasantly surprised me. I'm happy to say, this mattifying primer is one of those products that's pleasantly surprised me, and works really work. I also love their £1 lip liners which I've blogged about here.
The new Primark PS Pro Makeup introduces new products, of a higher quality, and a higher price. However since it's Primark it's the higher price is still very affordable, and with this primer cashing it at only £5 you can't really complain. I chose the mattifying primer, and there is also an illuminating primer on offer which I will add, I've read a heard a few people saying they're not a fan of it.
The mattifying primer itself is a white cream primer, that has a gel consistency and provides a smooth base for foundation application. There is no scent to the primer, and it works really well on my oily T-zone and on my drier patches too. This primer definitely increases the longevity and staying power of my foundation, I wore it to my graduation ball at the weekend and my foundation still looked good at the end of the night.
I think this is a brilliant primer for everyone, whether you're on a budget or have a little more to spend. I'm really impressed and I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks straight now and I'm sure I'll be repurchasing it once I've run out.
