Welcome to our website !
41/52

I've really enjoyed this week, despite dissertation panic setting in already! My boyfriend came down to visit me for a few days which was so lovely. We ate out a lot and above is my food from Shrimp and Burger, which if you've never tried then you have to! I had a delicious pulled chicken bun and chips and we shared some onion rings.

I've also found uni work quite challenging so far as I have so many deadlines and so much information floating around my head. I don't mean it in a negative way, just that I need to sit down and organise myself!!
I'm also loving the Autumnal themes that are everywhere at the moment as Autumn is my favourite.

How has your week been?

40/52

This week has flown by once again, and today is the last day of freshers. So tonight I have the freshers ball and I'm so excited! It's always a good night.

I feel like I've been really busy this week with lots of uni work and being bombarded with a lot of deadline dates and assessment briefs. I've also spent a lot of time watching Scandal on Netflix, it's so addictive!

How has your week been? What have you been up to?

This has been my first week of freshers and I start uni again tomorrow and I'm quite excited. I've actually missed learning and although this will be my most stressful year as its my last, I want to learn again!

I've been slacking on beauty posts recently and I apologise but they are in progress and will be posted soon!

How has your week been?

38/52

I haven't been keeping up with these posts so I apologise for that but I've been so busy. Now I'm back at uni I'll be more consistent with these posts as I like to look back on them!

Like I just mentioned I've moved back to uni this week so I'm spending this weekend attempting to unpack everything and decorate my room.

I've spent today catching up with makeup videos and vlogs and also nursing a hangover! I'm also resisting the urge to order a dominos which is all I want!!

How has your week been?

34/52

This post is a little delayed and I apologise for that. As you read this I'll be on my way to the airport to fly to Turkey and have 2 weeks relaxing. This past week has been a little stressful and full of anxiety for me, but that's because I'm nervous about flying. I did plan to do holiday related posts but I couldn't bring myself to do them, damn anxiety.
I hope you're all having a lovely week and I do still have posts scheduled for these coming week so I'll still be posting! I also plan to treat myself to a few bits in duty free as well, hello MAC lipsticks!

What are your plans for this coming week?

33/52

This week I've been housesitting for friends and as you may have seen in last weeks post they have the most adorable puppy, and also the beautiful cat (Pawsy) pictured above. It's been really fun house sitting although I have been going back to my parents for all my meals!
Later on today is my friends BBQ before she leaves for a year of studying abroad and I am so jealous. I know she'll have an amazing time but I'll miss her a lot.

I've done a little bit of shopping, the kind of 'oops it slipped and fell in my basket' type of shopping in Boots so look out for a haul very soon.

How has your week? What have you been up to?

32/52

This week has been a nice relaxing week again, which I definitely felt like I needed. I've still been productive though (but only with menial tasks I won't bore you all with). However as of yesterday I've started dog sitting for a week and I'm loving it. Beau (the dog) is so adorable and it's making me exercise everyday too since I need to take her for walks.

What have you been up to this week?

 31/52

My week hasn't been particularly entertaining because I'm still on crutches, fab (I've explained more here and here if you want to know more). But it has been relaxing and I had a catchup and coffee with my friend the other day and ate the most delicious brownie.
I've not been working this week either and so that's meant I've had a lot more time to plan and write blog posts and I'm really excited about them so keep an eye out this coming week to see what I've got planned.

The sky was beautiful the other day, and I just had to share a photo of it with you all. Sometimes getting up early has its positives!

What have you been up to this week?

If you read my 52 Weeks Project post on Sunday you'd know that I'm currently on crutches and have a temporary cast. Now I'll start out by saying it's nothing serious and *hopefully* the cast will come off tomorrow as I've only got muscle damage. However, it means I can't work this week because at work I run up and down the stairs about 50+ times a shift which isn't possible whilst on crutches. So whilst I have a few days off from 'daily life' as such I'm going to be relaxing a little bit and I'm taking some time to myself.

Planning blog posts | I finally have enough time to plan all the blog posts I've wanted to for the past few weeks as I'm not working full time. This will mean more blog content for all your guys, yay!

Netflix marathon | Having a cast on is the perfect excuse to have a Netflix marathon and to spend time watching DVDs, including my all time favourite Harry Potter.

'Me' time | I feel sometimes I just need a break from the daily chores, responsibilities and tasks and I need time to myself. This week has been the perfect time for me to do this as I can't really do much else!

Organising my laptop | My laptop has been playing up recently and I think it's down to the amount of junk I have on here. Okay, technically it's not junk it's just things I don't necessarily need. I'm starting by organising all my photos which is much needed as I probably have 25,000+ on here and I wish I was exaggerating. I love taking photos as you can guess, considering at one point I had 8000 photos on my iPhone alone!!

What do you have planned for this week? Let me know in the comments!

30/52

This week my friend from uni came down to visit me and it was all going really well until this morning. My Mum ended up taking me to A&E because I'd injured my ankle (self inflicted, I had too much wine oops) when I tried to walk him last night. So I'm now sat here with a cast on my leg and I am going to be on crutches this week, what fun! Luckily, nothing is broken but I've damaged the muscles in my ankle and it needs to be kept straight and I'm not allowed to put weight on, hence the cast. I had no idea a cast would be so heavy though, showering is going to be challenging tonight!

It's quite inconvenient as I was meant to be working full time this week but that isn't possible anymore as I can't make it up and down the stairs 50+ times a shift! However, at least I'll be able to spend time on blogging and relaxing a little, nothing wrong with sleeping in sometimes!

Until then I was having a lovely week haha! I took my friend to Stowe and we wandered round and took some pretty pictures and we went to the pub too. So overall 99% of my week was really fab until  this morning!!

How has your week been? What have you been up to?

This week I found out I passed my second year of uni with a 2.1 I'm so happy!! This year was super stressful, both academically and personally. I am so excited to go back into third year, but I'm also super scared of doing my dissertation. Although, I do get to buy loads more cute stationery which is always a bonus!

I'm sat in my pyjamas still catching up on other lovely blogs and I'm waiting until my Sunday Lunch is ready, roast dinners are my absolute favourite. I'm scheduling and writing my blog posts for this coming week and I have a question for you all, what posts would you like to me do? I'm going to write more for my Uni Guide Series again but is there anything else you'd like to see on my blog? Let me know in the comments below!

What have you been up to this weekend?

I'm actually on time this week with this post thank goodness! This week has been fairly average until the weekend, which was amazing. On Friday I played mini golf (and I was horrific) and then went for a lovely meal. On Saturday I went to a local coffee shop which I feel I'll be visiting regularly this summer and I also had breakfast at a local cafe too. One of my best friends is home from travelling so seeing her was super lovely, we went to the pub for a catch up which was great, although I'm feeling a little worse for wear right now.

I've had a really fun weekend and I am dreading work tomorrow (not actual work, just the early start!). I also updated my blog design, and although I'm still working on editing the last little bits that don't quite seem to work yet, I'm happy with it so far (and it was free, bonus!)

Also, most importantly today my brothers friend and her sister are doing a triathlon in honour of my brother for a cause that's very close to my heart. I'm not quite ready to talk about it just yet, but maybe one day as right now it's too emotional and tough.

How has your weekend been?

Week 26 & 27

I've had a really busy past two weeks, which is why I completely missed posting last weeks edition of 52 weeks project. I went to London and had such an amazing time, and I am no longer petrified of the tube, yay for me! I was such a tourist but I didn't take as many photos as I would have liked. However, I did go to the Shoreditch food festival and had a pulled pork bun which I 100% recommend to anyone who's in London over summer.

I've also travelled back to Southampton twice in the past two weeks, once to clean my uni house and once again to move into a new house. Our new house is so much nicer and doesn't really feel like a student house which I love. It's clean, light and doesn't feel like a cave which our last one did.
It's also been so hot in the UK, which I'm not used to but it was so lovely to see the sun for a while!

So overall, it's been a busy couple of weeks for me but I'm finally settling into a routine again! What have you been up to?

25/52
How amazing does this burger look?! It was delicious too!

I'm sorry this post is a little late this week but I've been away at my best friends all weekend for her birthday and I've only just got back! This week has been pretty chilled to be honest, I've just been planning blogposts and trying to organise the next few weeks.

I went to Bath for my friends birthday and had such a fab time, although I spent all of Saturday nursing a hangover and only felt human again at about 7pm. Note to future self: don't mix spirits, it only ends badly (and always drink responsibly!!). I'm all snuggled up in bed and about to continue watching Season 3 of Orange Is The New Black - who else is watching it?!

How has your weekend been? I'd love to know what you've been up to, so let me know!

24/52

I'm slightly late with this post and I do apologise, but I was on holiday last week. I went away to Dorset for the week with my parents and I had a fantastic time. I took 1500 photos in one week which I realise is slightly excessive but I just like taking photos! I'll be sharing some with you in the next week but for now I've chosen the photo above which I love.
It's the hot air balloon in Bournemouth which you can take a ride on (weather permitting) and although I didn't do that myself, it looks amazing.

How was your week? I'd love to know what you've been up to.

23/52

As you read this I'm actually on holiday with my parents at the moment, and I'm hoping the weather is treating us well and I'm by the beach?! But then again, English weather is temperamental so who knows! Anyway, this past week has been lovely again. I'm still loving being home and I've managed to write a lot of blog posts for you lovely lot so they'll be posted throughout this week.

I went out for a lovely meal with my parents this week and had the most amazing salted caramel slice as dessert (thank you Prezzo for new dessert options!!). I also have been applying for jobs and all adult-like things like that (not fun, but very necessary!).

How has your week been? Have you done anything fun this weekend?

22/52

This week has been super busy for me as it's been my first week at home home since I finished my second year of uni last week. I went to the zoo on Monday which was amazing, I've seen my friends and went for a walk around Salcey Forest. I submitted my dissertation proposal which was quite nerve-wracking as I know this time next year I'll no longer be a student.

How has your week been? Do you have any plans for this weekend?

20/52

This week has been another one filled with revision, which isn't exactly exciting. However, this time next week I'll have completed my 2nd year at uni and I'll be home for the summer! Me and my friend went for a walk yesterday evening around The Common which was lovely, and then we shared a bottle of wine in Whetherspoons.

I've also ordered a few little bits from Superdrug this morning as 'revision motivation' (read: I'm just using that as an excuse!) so expect a haul next week.

What have you been up to this week?

19/52

This week has been a really good week for me, I found out I got a FIRST in my group presentation from the start of term!! This is such an achievement for me as a) I hate presentations and b) I was so stressed about that particular presentation. Most of my time has been spent revising and watching Netflix as a form of procrastination and I had the most delicious Nandos on Friday. I've been making a conscious effort to blog more as I'm feeling inspired and it's a good outlet for me as I've been stressed by revision.

How has your week been?

18/52

This week I handed in my final assignment for the year which means I only have one exam and then I've completed my second year at uni! I'm back at home home for the weekend just to see my family (and of course, my cats). I've had a lovely weekend being home and yesterday Kate Middleton gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who is gorgeous.

Do you have any plans for this bank holiday weekend?
