I love all things Autumnal, especially Bonfire night. I think that fireworks are stunning and I've always loved them, ever since I was a child.

Last night was no exception, as we went to a local firework display and I loved it.

Did you visit a Bonfire night display this weekend?

I haven't written a blog post in a long time, since the beginning of the year in fact. But after looking at some of my photos recently I wanted to share them.

I recently bought myself a new DSLR, after wanting a new one for months, I bought myself a Canon EOS 200D with the 18-55mm kit lens and a 50mm f/1.8 STM. I am so in love with it.

I absolutely love Autumnal walks, and this one was just perfect.

Do you love Autumn?

Realistic 2017 goals, let's go.

1) Learn to drive | I've been on a waiting list with two different instructors since August, but I'm still yet to have my first lesson. So it's onto instructor number 3, and I want to learn to drive this year.

2) Lose a few more lbs | I've been on and off following Slimming World for about a year and a half. It works well for me, when I stick to it! I've had a gain over Christmas, and I want to lose those few last lbs to enable myself to feel comfortable again.

3) Travel more | This one is rather cliche, and not the easiest to achieve, but even if it's travelling in England, I want to travel more.

4) Document my life more | I mean this in a personal way, keeping a diary, documenting my feelings, thoughts, day to day happinesses.

Here's to a positive and prosperous 2017 and I hope everyone has had a great start to the year so far.

Underwear set £4 // 2 in 1 Black and White Cami £6 // Grey Check Shirt £10 // Black Zip Ankle Boots £15
Navy Checkered Shirt £10 // Floral PJ Trousers £7 // Burgundy Jumper £10 // Boyfriend Rip Jeans £15

I'm getting excited for the new Autumnal clothes to be hitting the shelves soon as I love A/W clothing much more than summer clothing. Cosy jumpers, leggings, fluffy socks and a big scarf, what could be better?! I find Primark do A/W clothing really well and I found some great items on the website and the most expensive being £15 for the boots and jeans!

Are you looking forward to A/W clothes or is it just me?!

I was so tempted to buy this Dorset colouring book!

Frank & Beans Gelateria had the most delicious ice cream, I had one scoop of Oreo and one scoop of Salted Caramel.

We also visited a little zoo and had a good few hours wandering around looking at all the animals.

And finally, no trip to Dorset is complete without of course visiting the good old English seaside. Although it was a little gloomy, it was still lovely to visit Charmouth again as I haven't been since I was 5/6!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely few days away in Dorset and it was so lovely to have a little break. I'd recommend Dorset to anyone who hasn't ever been before, there's so many wonderful places to visit but we chose to visit Lyme Regis and Charmouth this time.

Have you ever been to Dorset?

A little while ago I picked up a new spot treatment that I'd never heard anything about and thought I'd give it a go, and I am amazed by the results. The Vichy Normaderm Hyaluspot has really wow'd me and now takes the position of my favourite spot treatment ever. Now that's a pretty big claim, but I'll tell you why.

The majority of the time I have pretty good skin, until the week before my period when my skin breaks out like mad, mainly on my chin but also on my forehead too. Vichy Normablend Hyaluspot is my new go to product to save my skin, albeit a bit of a mouthful! The tube itself is 15ml which may not sound like a lot but you only need a little bit for each breakout. So how do you use it? Well you quite simply apply a thin layer over your spot before bed and leave it on overnight. It's a clear gel and should cover the spot itself, but avoid using this around the eye area as it may cause irritation.

Overnight the gel will dry out the spot and reduce redness in 24 hours and I really do find it works for me. If I leave this gel on my skin overnight, my spot will have reduced in size, the redness has almost gone and I can cover the remaining spot in concealer and go on my way to work. This of course, can also be applied during the day if you so wish as it's a clear gel, however I don't as I'm 9/10 times wearing makeup in the day and so don't want to use this as well.

The angled tip makes it easier to apply the treatment gel onto your skin and I must stress you do only need a small amount of this product for it to work, this also means the 15ml tube will last a considerable amount of time. After about 2-3 days, my blemish will have completely disappeared and I'm left feeling happier about the appearance of my skin again.

I am so incredibly impressed with this product and I cannot recommend it enough to everyone.

Have you ever tried the Normaderm Hyaluspot treatment?

A couple of months ago I graduated from uni and I am now a working woman, yay! And since getting a job I've had my eye on quite a few things I'll be purchasing when payday finally arrives. I've had my eye on NARS Sheer Glow Foundation for so long, but I just couldn't justify the price as a student, so I'm excited to be buying this soon!

Do you have your eye on any payday treats?!
