Welcome to our website !
A couple of weeks ago I made a quick post here saying that on the MUA (Make Up Academy) website they were having up to 60% off FashionistA products. I knew straight away that I wanted to try a few things since I'd seen good reviews for quite a few products and I'd not got round to buying anything yet. So I thought I'd do a little haul and show you what I got.

Although I've not seen any reviews on this I bought the FashionistA Powder Compact in fair because I needed a powder I could take out with me that wasn't expensive like my MAC MSF Natural. I paid £3 for the FashionistA Powder Compact.

I do absolutely love my ELF Eyebrow Kit but I wanted to try something new to try. I've seen quite a few bloggers mention this, and since this FashionistA Eyebrow Kit was only £3.50 instead of £7, I thought if I didn't like it I hadn't lost out on much money.

Finally, I was most excited about building my own Custom Design Palette. I paid £2 for the actual palette and you can choose between red and black, but I chose black because I personally preferred it.

On the left is Butterscotch blusher which was only £1.65 and on the right is Cinnamon which was also £1.65.

On the left is a bronzer in Rome and on the right is an eye shadow in the shade Nude Glimmer and once again both of these were £1.65 each.

I'm really happy with the products I bought and I'm currently trying them out and in the near future I plan to review them for you.

Have you tried anything from FashionistA?

Even though it's leading up to Christmas and I only have money from my Saturday job I seem to be spending a lot of money on make up that I probably don't need! So once again, I have another small haul. Also Boots currently have 3 for 2 on Rimmel products and many other brands too which is good if you're looking at buying someone make up for a Christmas present.

When I saw the Boots 3 for 2 offer I knew I had to buy the only primer I've really loved which is the Rimmel Match Perfection Fix and Perfect Primer for £6.99. A while ago I did a blog post on this, because I really do recommend this primer.

I have to say, my favourite make up product is probably blush so I have more than I will ever use but I keep buying more! I've never tried a Rimmel blush before because I'd never really been interested in them so I thought I'd buy the Lasting Finish Mono Blush in 'Santa Rose' for £3.99. I've been wearing this since the day I bought it, and so far I really like it. It gives a beautiful finish with a very slight shimmer.

Finally from Rimmel I bought the Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner in 'nude' for £3.99. I bought this because I love the Scandal'Eyes Mascara so I thought the eyeliner would be a good product to try too. I chose the shade 'nude' since I had seen a few people say they were using it in their waterline to brighten up their eyes instead of using a white eyeliner.

I attempted to go Christmas shopping earlier this week and ended up buying no presents but instead buying more make up I probably don't need. I'm going shopping again next week and I'm determined to buy all the Christmas presents I need to get!

Anyway I ended up buying a couple of items from the Topshop Make Up Range. Previously I have done a blog post on my Cream Blush in 'Pinch' which I really like but I wasn't a massive fan of the colour which is completely my fault for choosing it. So I thought I'd try a different and more wearable shade, I decided to buy Head Over Heels Cream Blush as I'd seen so many good reviews on it.

As always I love the Topshop packaging as it's cute but sturdy so it won't be ruined easily in your make up bag. I much prefer this shade to my Topshop blush. It's a beautiful coral colour with pink undertones. I usually stay away from cream blushes purely mainly because I'm worried it'll make my skin look shiny, however this is not the case as once it's dried it looks like a powder blush. It gives your skin a natural looking blush to it, but it is easy to go over the top with this blush since it is so pigmented. It only costs £6 which is a very reasonable price for a wonderful product.

I'd been wanting to try out the Topshop Crescent Moon Highlighter for a while after seeing Essie's favourite highlighters blog post. I swatched it in Topshop and decided I had to buy it because it looked so pretty. I can see this highlighter quickly becoming one of my favourites. It's £10 for 6.5g of product.

Have you tried any of the Topshop Make Up?
