The highlight of this week was eating homemade blackberry tart made by my Grandma, it was delicious! I've been keeping up with blogging everyday this week as well which I'm proud of! We've also had glorious weather in the UK and a massive storm which I somehow managed to sleep through?!

The highlight of my week this week was having brunch in a beautiful little local tearoom with my best friend. I had the best mini English breakfast and a lovely coffee and orange juice. I then bought The Notebook (in book form) from a charity shop afterwards. It's the little things.

Last week was one of the most exciting weeks this year. I got my first house with my best friends at uni, I am so excited for what's to come and I love my new room. Although it looks blank and not pretty here, I'm determined to make it my own little place filled with fairy lights, pretty bedding and cute ornaments.

I've had a very chilled week this week, and I've really enjoyed it! I've finished my 5 week stint of working 6 days a week so relaxing has been much needed and very much appreciated! I've been spending time planning blog posts so look out for those!

This week has been an even better week than normal because my best friends came back from uni! It's so nice to see them in person and not just over Skype. We went for coffee and watched Harry Potter, went to the pub and just spent time together which was nice.

I'm sorry that this post has gone up really late but I got caught up in OITNB and I've finally finished season 2 and wow, I just recommend everyone to watch Orange Is The New Black if you haven't already! 

Anyway, this week has involved a lot of time at work but the weather has been beautiful for the most part. I took this photo at 7am, who knew 7am on a Monday morning could look so pretty?! I certainly didn't until this week.

This week has been fairly uneventful if I'm honest. I've worked 5 days and become obsessed with Netflix again, which I blogged about (read here). However, I have started drinking cold coffee again, which is one of my favourite things about summer. You can see how I made it by clicking here and seeing a post I made last year, it's so simple and tastes delicious.

This week has been busy to say the least! It was my first week back at work and I've worked 5 days, been to a family reunion (which was lovely) and went to Salcey Forest with my friend which was so peaceful and calming. I've not really had a minute to sit down so I plan to catch up on blogs this evening!

This week may have been really stressful but me and my friends had a bbq in the park on Sunday followed by drinks on a roof top terrace and it was pretty much a perfect day! I also had my final exam for this year on Wednesday so I'm going home for summer!

This week I came home for one of my best friends birthdays and it was lovely to be home. I'm about to go back to uni in about 30 minutes and I've still not packed (oops!). I can't wait for summer now, I'm just hoping the weather stays sunny!

The highlight of this week was definitely these beautiful flowers. I was having 'one of those days' and everything seemed to be getting on top of me, until these arrived. They're stunning and my brother sent them to me for getting a 2.1 in my last assignment (which was stats and I hate maths) and I was really proud of myself and he was too!

I finally got my haircut after desperately needing it trimmed for a long time and at the same time I had it dyed and I'm so happy with it! It feels so much more healthy and I love the colour (although it doesn't show that well in these photos because they're from my iPhone, sorry!).

I'm finally up to date with my 52 weeks project now, at last! I had still been taking photos I just hadn't got round to blogging about it, but now I feel more relaxed since I've caught up. This week I've had picnics in the countryside and rediscovered lip stains I forgot I had!

This week was spent catching up with friends from home and enjoying myself and relaxing (aka avoiding revision like a pro!). I've also started to get so excited for summer and being free to do what I want without feeling guilty for not revising.

Being home and surrounded by the beautiful countryside has been lovely these past couple of weeks and I have ended up slacking on my posts (sorry!). Watching the sunset over the fields was so peaceful, as well as the added bonus of listening to Ben Howard songs.

This week I actually had the motivation to tidy my room (well sort of) for once and I feel so much better now I've done that. It's so close to Easter now and I can't wait to go home home, if you're at uni you'll know how much you love being at uni but nothing beats being at your real home.

I'm sure you've all had those weeks when you've so exhausted that you just need to ignore your workload and everything else going on and just snuggle up in bed with hot chocolate. Well this was one of those weeks!

This week the weather has been beautiful again which puts everyone in a better mood which is always nice! I've not done anything particularly interesting as I have a deadline on Wednesday but after that I will be more relaxed and hopefully it'll still be sunny.

This week I bought some new earrings from Primark that I thought were super cute and a set of 9 was only £2 which is a bargain! They're the 2nd and 3rd earrings I'm wearing on my lobe in this picture and I'm in love with them!

Surprisingly, we've had a bit of sun this week too! It's finally looking a bit more like Spring in the UK which pleases me.

This week we actually had some sunny weather which is pretty surprising for the UK! I'm getting excited for the summer now (a bit early, I know!) and I can't wait to go home for Easter too.
